Last nights dream the part I remember happened very early in the morning. I was already starting to surface from the dream when I found myself at work. There is an actors guild which is supported by my job. The group is meeting in our cafeteria. On the walls are profile pictures of a select few actors recognized for their talent. When I walk in to the cafeteria I pause for a moment, I don’t recall when we started supporting an actors guild. Not sure of the answer I proceed to sit down at an available table. Across from me I notice two friends Jamal and Sohail are seated there. I am surprised to see Jamal and I say hello but it seems he did not hear me or chose not to recognize me.
Put off by the encounter I get up and turn and under my breath say a forceful GOODBYE!. Jamal answers Goodbye. I take control of the dream and force a turn around. I want to know why he didn’t acknowledge me at first. This part is completely out of context as I can sense of freedom which wasn’t present before. Now standing in front of him I ask him what went wrong. Why didn’t he respond to me. I describe the friendship we could have had had he said hello. There is a deep sense of honesty and truthfulness a moment to come clean and clear the air. We both express a love and appreciation for the other. By the end of our encounter I feel we have set the record straight and any bygones are gone. We can again have a meaningful friendship based on love and respect for each other. It felt very good.

What was so unusual was when I turned around and went back to confront him. I felt I was about to leave and exit the dream and wake up but when I heard him say goodbye as I left I forced the turn around to confront him. Interestingly, the confrontation was all very positive and an opening up of true emotions of love. There was no hostility there.
